IOCCC 2025 winners announced for 29th obfuscated C code contest

The 29th International Obfuscated C Code Contest has announced its 2025 winners, with judges noting near-historic submission volume and quality. The contest challenges developers to write the most creatively obfuscated C code possible, and saw sustained interest following the 2020-2024 hiatus. Winners include veteran contributors and first-time authors from new locations such as Taiwan. Organizers also introduced 'fun challenges' for readers and plan to open IOCCC30 in late 2026.
